Franklin Symposium

“It’s like college after college,” describes Trevor who started gathering friends on Maui almost ten years ago to educate, share, and teach eachother. Before many folks on Maui had heard of TED, we were having Franklins. We have thought of it more as adult show-n-tell, but it is similar to a lecture.

Franklin will take place at the main stage inside the gym Saturday  2:30pm-5pm.

These are the officially microphoned FRANKLIN however, many Franklins will be happening through out the festival. We encourage you to do your own Franklin. Just prior to the FRANKLIN, The Gallery Museum will host ARTIST IN RESIDENCE with their art. We are asking all artists who have art up to be near their art and have mini-Franklins with people about their art.

As well, BSOS will be hosting constant Radio Franklins, Ram Das will be doing a Franklin in the BIG TOP CURCUS TENT in the late am Saturday. Have your own Franklin around a fire, on the cliff in the sun, in the colorbox!
