Theme Camp and Installation Registration

At Circus of Dreams, every Theme Camp and Large Art Installation will be placed before hand by the source art crew. Quiet areas, public areas, areas for children, will be taken into account. Your help in filling out this form is appreciated. DEADLINE — EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 1, 2012.

Theme Camps differ from “non-theme” camps by adding an invitation for community interaction. If you are planning to camp privately without inviting the public you do NOT need to fill out this form.

Do not bring your own sound system. If you are interested in contributing to sound systems please contact music@sourcemaui.com.
